In the next couple of weeks I'll be teaching a photography workshop on Tuesday evenings with Alain Barker through Project jumpstart at the Jacobs School of Music.
I'll be starting with the basics of exposure, composition, and lighting, as well as hitting on basic editing techniques. We will also be covering organization and storage options for photos. Alain will be focusing more on the publicity side of photos, and different contexts of using a photo, as well as photo release and model release.
I'll also be talking briefly about concert and event photography. What makes a good shot, as well as the Do's and Don'ts of concert photography.
